NEXUS catches the eye. It displays a massive width with two structures colliding with each other with a central, three-story volume, serving both access and recreation. This 6,300 square-foot, asymmetrical homestead is a mixture of wood and metal siding with overhanging roofs to protect indoor and outdoor lounging spaces from sunlight. Inside, movement circulates left and right on both floors and elevates to the third for an immense workout, and provides an ADA elevator to reach upper levels.
