1. Overview
This policy governs refunds and exchanges for digital plans, drawings, and related design files purchased from arcus-dein.com (the “Site”). All sales are subject to the Arcus Dein Terms of Service and Licensing Terms for Digital Plans.
2. Final Sale of Digital Products
All digital sales are final once files are delivered or download links issued. Because digital products cannot be returned or revoked, no refund will be granted for change of mind, project scope changes, or incompatibility with software. Refunds are not available once a download or access link has been activated.
3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or file replacements are considered only if any of the following apply:
1) Duplicate order placed in error.
2) Corrupted or incomplete file verified by Arcus Dein.
3) Incorrect file delivered that does not match the purchase description.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to hello@arcus-dein.com and include the order number and proof of issue.
All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Arcus Dein.
4. License Upgrade or Exchange
License upgrades (from Single-Use to Multi-Use or Unlimited-Use) may be purchased within 30 days of the original order by paying the price difference. Upgrades do not reset download windows or extend support periods.
5. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be processed in USD to the original payment method within 15-20 business days after approval. Refunds for international transactions may be subject to exchange-rate variations and bank fees. Foreign customers acknowledge that refunds, if approved, are processed through U.S. financial institutions.
6. Exclusions
No refunds or replacements will be issued for:
- Unauthorized use, redistribution, or modification of files.
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase.
- Customer technical issues unrelated to file corruption (e.g., software limitations or insufficient hardware).
- Loss of files after download due to user error or device damage.
7. Support Assistance
Arcus Dein may provide technical assistance for file access or minor issues at its discretion. This does not constitute an obligation to modify content or create custom versions.
8. Payment Disputes
Payment disputes filed after receiving files may result in license
suspension and pursuit of remedies available under law.
We encourage customers to contact hello@arcus-dein.com with billing
concerns before initiating disputes. Most issues can be resolved
directly and amicably.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, under the AAA rules, in English.
