1. Export Compliance
Arcus Dein LLC complies with all applicable U.S. export control laws, including those administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
Arcus Dein LLC does not authorize resale or redistribution of exported materials.
Arcus Dein LLC complies with all applicable U.S. sanctions as updated by OFAC or relevant agencies.

By purchasing or downloading any digital product or content from arcus-dein.com, you agree to the following:
- You will not export, re-export, or transfer any materials or software to any country or individual subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions.
- You confirm you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which export of goods, software, or technology is prohibited.
- You agree not to use Arcus Dein products or data for military or unlawful purposes.
- You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your access or use of Arcus Dein products.
Arcus Dein reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders that may violate U.S. or international trade regulations.

2. Governing Law
This Notice, along with all transactions made through arcus-dein.com, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

3. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to Arcus Dein’s services, digital products, or policies shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the following terms:
- This arbitration clause covers any transaction conducted through the Arcus Dein website or related communications.
- Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
- The arbitration shall take place in Atlanta, Georgia, in English.
- Each party shall bear its own legal fees, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
- The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- You agree not to pursue class action or group arbitration; each dispute must be handled individually.

4. Limitation of Claims
All claims or causes of action must be filed within one (1) year from the date the claim arose, or they are permanently barred.
Nothing in this Notice shall be construed as transferring intellectual property rights owned by Arcus Dein LLC.

5. Jurisdiction for Enforcement
Judgment upon an arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction, including state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, USA.

6. Updates to This Notice
Arcus Dein LLC reserves the right to modify this Export & Arbitration Notice to reflect changes in law, trade regulations, or internal practices.
Updates will be posted on arcus-dein.com with a revised effective date.
