All architectural drawings, design files, renderings, images, and related content available through arcus-dein.com are and remain the exclusive property of Arcus Dein LLC.
This Disclaimer is enforceable under Title 17 of the United States Code (Copyright Law) and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
No ownership, copyright, or moral rights are transferred by download, purchase, or viewing.

2. License of Use
Purchasers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use digital plans and design materials solely for personal reference or internal project evaluation.
- These files are not construction or permit drawings.
- Use for regulatory submissions, engineering coordination, or construction execution is prohibited.
- Reuse across multiple projects requires separate written authorization.

3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, resell, or redistribute any Arcus Dein material.
- Alter, remove, or obscure Arcus Dein’s copyright marks or identifiers.
- Publish, post, or share digital content online or in printed form for third-party access.
- Modify plans to represent them as original work.
Any unauthorized use, adaptation, or distribution of Arcus Dein materials constitutes copyright infringement under U.S. and international law.

4. Electronic Files & Formats
Design files may be delivered in formats such as PDF, DWG, or Revit.
Arcus Dein LLC does not warrant compatibility with third-party software versions.
Files may include embedded identifiers or digital watermarks for copyright protection and misuse tracking.
Any conversions, alterations, or technical issues resulting from modified files are the responsibility of the user.

5. Limitation of Liability
Arcus Dein LLC assumes no liability for damages, costs, or delays arising from misuse or unauthorized adaptation of its intellectual property.
Files are provided “as is,” without express or implied warranty of completeness, accuracy, or suitability for construction.

6. Confidentiality & Integrity of Files
All digital materials are confidential and provided solely for the purchaser’s use.
Any alteration, duplication, or redistribution without written consent voids Arcus Dein’s protections and indemnities.

7. Enforcement & Remedies
Arcus Dein actively monitors unauthorized use of its designs and may pursue legal remedies, including:
- Injunctive relief to prevent continued use or distribution.
- Recovery of statutory damages, attorney fees, and investigative costs.
- Termination of license without refund.
Arcus Dein reserves the right to issue digital takedown notices under the DMCA and equivalent international frameworks.
Arcus Dein reserves the right to pursue claims in the jurisdiction of the infringement’s occurrence.

8. Trademarks & Branding
“Arcus Dein,” its logo, and associated visual identity are registered or pending trademarks of Arcus Dein LLC.
All marks, logos, and names associated with Arcus Dein are protected under U.S. and international trademark law.
Use of these marks without authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. No Transfer of Rights
Delivery or access to any digital material does not constitute a sale and grants no ownership or derivative work rights beyond the limited license granted.

10. International Protection
Arcus Dein LLC’s copyrights and trademarks are protected worldwide under the Berne Convention and WIPO treaties.
Users outside the United States are responsible for complying with local copyright and import laws.
